Eucharisteo: The Art of Thankfulness #476-500

Eucharisteo: to be grateful, to feel thankful, to give thanks

I don’t know about you, but most days, I don’t feel all that thankful. Sometimes I simply don’t want to feel thankful.

So I write them down.

And count them one by one.

477. Latin

478. distant sirens alerting coming danger

479. safety from that tornado

480. Funny Face

481. dried pieces of playdough

482. discussions of DNA with our eight year old

483. dethatching

484. dance frame

485. marital revelations from foxtrot

486. books of laughter

487. laundry detergent

488. birthday parties

489. paper covered in colorful scribbles

490. new to us playgrounds

491. soccer practice

492. stretching and growing for the sake of your children

493. ginger

494. thank you cards

495. the wrong paint color

496. spray bottles

This idea of an Eucharisteo list came from the book One Thousand Gifts by Ann Voskamp. Click here to read an excerpt from her book and learn more about the art of thankfulness.
